Job Title – Telecaller
A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.
Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services
and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Responsibilities:
Strong communication abilities | Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand |
Acquiring and retaining contact information databases | Ability to listen and solve problems |
Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails,calls and social media | Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer |
Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action |
Desired Requirements:
▲ A Graduate / Post Graduate in any field.
▲ 0-2 years of proven experience and Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in
the telecalling
▲ Good communication and interpersonal and project management skills
▲ Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
▲ Ability to learn quickly and should think out of the box in order to achieve set goals
▲ Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
